Im sure you have long stopped reading comments on this video but the first 2 minutes or so perfectly articulate me, on and off over the years. I can have full arguments with people, escalating to unreasable levels, convince myself of catastrophe or build something up to magnificence. Driving in particular gives my mind time for this. I think its because the mind is stimulated into action but theres mostly nothing for it to do. I have found talking helps, especially with someone unconnected to me. Also variation in routine be it a different journey or just a different task, even if the first task remains unfinished for a bit. The biggest thing that helps me though is sleep and when I find myself starting that overthinking I can sleep all night and then take a nap. Overthinking is exhausting. Like many who have commented already have said, you are hard working and talented (and you are) but if you are like me you will focus on the imperfections that you see and that everyone else cant.
